| A | Our orchard is made up primarily of Western Schley hybred trees. This variety is very popular with professional chefs and cooks throughout the world. The Schley's delicious flavor is perfect for snacking and baking. We also have approximately twenty Wichita trees throughout our orchard to pollinate the Schleys. These pecans are the ideal baking pecan pecan, as their flavor increases during the baking process. Our Wichita pecans usually sell out rapidly due to their popularity and our limited number of trees. × close |
