1 (9-inch) One-Crust Pie Shell
2/3 cup Sugar
1/3 cup stick Margarine or Butter, melted
1 cup Corn Syrup
1/2 teaspoon Salt
3 Large Eggs
1 cup Pecan Halves or Broken Pecans
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Prepare pastry shell.
3. In medium bowl, beat sugar, margarine, corn syrup, salt and eggs with whisk, until well blended.
4. Add pecans.
5. Pour pecan pie mixture into pastry-lined pie plate.
6. Bake 40 to 50 minutes, until center is set.
